What is madar360?
madar360 is a 10-layer reasoning architecture: three sensory-input layers (300 industrial distress signals → 50 executive signals → 15 critical indicators), four cognitive-core layers (causal-chain engine, financial-translation engine, resilience index, predictive distress model), and three motor-action layers (EBITDA-at-risk, cash-at-risk, AI playbook). The output is one number — the Resilience Score — and a board-ready action list, updated every 15–30 minutes.

madar360 is the compliance layer for Oman's smart-industry mandate. MoCIIP's Industrial Strategy 2040 requires 30% of Omani factories to become smart facilities — but a smart-facility target is unreachable without an intelligence layer that translates plant data into board-grade decisions. We are that layer.
Every factory we deploy in advances the national 30% quota directly, and does so under Omani data jurisdiction — not on foreign cloud.
Under Royal Decree 50/2026, Oman established a sovereign AI Special Zone in Muscat, with SEZ-grade incentives under RD 38/2025 and a data-sovereignty-first mandate. madar360 will eventually anchor its engineering, sovereign-cloud processing, and Intellectual Property registration inside the Zone.
This co-locates us with national AI infrastructure, places our data pipeline squarely within Omani jurisdiction, and positions our IP as a Zone-resident sovereign asset.
